To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monroe Mobile Welding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
